Iditarod Dance
Each homeroom makes decorations for the wall of the gym. Decoration ideas vary from snowflakes to dog sleds. Wells Fargo in Sturgis donates money for the streamers and balloons. They also donate door prizes for drawings.
The dance is enjoyed by all seventh and eighth graders. Because of the theme, decorations and prizes, the Iditarod Dance is considered to be the best dance of the year.
