New Puppies! Born April, 28 2007
Burn delivered seven beautiful pups last night. The proud father--Paul of the Peter, Paul and Mary litter produced a cross of colorful face blazes.
All are very healthy an vying for a place at the dinner table as only little sleddogs can. Little tails a waging and back feet ever pushing forward to hold place with little brothers and sisters. We now need a name theme to name them.

The Iditarod Checkpoint Cabin The William J. Halter, Sr. Memorial Cabin
Built with Alaska white spruce-three sided eight inch logs provided by Poppert Mills, Wasilla, Alaska. Hand crafted by Bob Jenks a lifelong Alaskan and Su Valley resident. Designed as a checkpoint replica and homestead cabin, it represents a place for race judges, checkers, veterinarians and media to monitor the Iditarod Sleddog race. In the summers it will be stocked with foodrops, heet and straw much like any checkpoint has to sustain the all important husky and musher on their epic journey to Nome. Named after Vern's father, an avid fan of the Iditarod and Dream a Dream dog farm. He loved Alaska and the rural/wilderness solitude it brought to one.

The Dream Mobile Fourteen Passenger Fan
Shuttling guests to and from made much easier with our new F-350 fourteen passenger Van. Our three and four day Willow area packages include the DREAM INN - Bed and Breakfast combined with local activities - hiking, fishing, canoeing and sightseeing. See our packages on the Summer page and Bed and Breakfast page. We also can pick up passengers at local RV parks and the Willow airport. Our retired sleddogs - Taz, Ruger, Vinnie, Fiddle, Cello and Clovis now all have their own seat for excursions and drives around the yard and down the road. They think it is pretty cool to be with us.

The Dream Ride Winter Edition
Handcrafted, hand lashed traditional wooden sleds designed for a rider sitting upfront and two mushers in standing position. This allows an experienced musher to guide and teach novice mushers and allows for switching of positions. Designed and built by Alex Murphy, MaineMade Dogsleds in collaboration with Dream a Dream Dog Farm. Winter fun at its best with great equipment to make our trails and rides truly inspirational.

The Dream Ride Summer Edition
Ride in comfort with our Sleddogs, four whell drive, independent suspension and easy to see the dogs - over bridges through the woods on our great wilderness trails. Listen to Vern describe the dogs, their positions and enjoy Iditarod dogs doing what they love to do.
